Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in F&B management
- Food Manager Certification required
- Strong leadership skills

Job Duties
- Assist in managing all food and beverage outlets, including fine dining restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor daily operations, including staffing, inventory, food quality, and service standards
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with hotel and brand standards
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all F&B outlets
- Monitor revenue, control costs, and optimize profitability
- Implement effective inventory management and cost-control measures
- Supervise, train, and motivate F&B managers and service staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff training programs to enhance skills and ensure consistent service standards
- Foster a positive and professional work environment
- Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet luxury standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Manage guest complaints and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create innovative menus and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Oversee adherence to licensing laws and industry regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, storage, and service areas
- Work closely with the Director of F&B and other hotel departments to plan events, promotions, and special offerings
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand reputation
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage and Senior Management
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational needs
