Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management
- Hotel multi-unit supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Plan and direct the functions of administration of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
- Clearly describe, assign and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage subdepartments such as room service, restaurants, bars, banquets, kitchens, stewards
- Monitor, develop and implement schedules for the operation of all restaurants and bars to achieve profitable results
- Participate with the chef and restaurant managers in the creation and merchandising of attractive menu designs to drive revenue
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs and monitor the food and beverage budget
- Review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction of the individual outlets, including banquet service
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline and counsel all food and beverage team members with a goal of building a positive work environment
- Ability to relate to others while leading and directing a team
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan
- Ability to communicate with the public and other team members in a manner that yields positive results
- Other duties as assigned
