Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English

- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, wines, and preparation techniques
- Excellent mathematical ability to manage inventory, controls, and financial reporting
- Ability to stand and move for entire shifts in restaurants and kitchen areas
- Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts up to 150 pounds
- Flexibility to work open availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Occasional travel between locations as required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years senior management experience in food and beverage within a luxury hotel or similar environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple dining venues effectively
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage operations across multiple outlets including casual and fine dining venues
- Manage and support the team during evening shifts, and peak hours
- Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to develop and implement service strategies
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality
- Handle scheduling and operational needs during weekends and holidays
- Maintain knowledge of current food and beverage trends to continuously enhance offerings
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies in all areas of food and beverage service
