Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in English

  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, wines, and preparation techniques
  • Excellent mathematical ability to manage inventory, controls, and financial reporting
  • Ability to stand and move for entire shifts in restaurants and kitchen areas
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, tact, and diplomacy
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts up to 150 pounds
  • Flexibility to work open availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
  • Occasional travel between locations as required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years senior management experience in food and beverage within a luxury hotel or similar environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple dining venues effectively
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Oversee food and beverage operations across multiple outlets including casual and fine dining venues
  • Manage and support the team during evening shifts, and peak hours
  • Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to develop and implement service strategies
  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality
  • Handle scheduling and operational needs during weekends and holidays
  • Maintain knowledge of current food and beverage trends to continuously enhance offerings
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security policies in all areas of food and beverage service
