Our founder, Bill Kimpton, pioneered this approach to ensure that every interaction has heart and meaning. This philosophy extends beyond the guest experience to encompass coworker relationships, community impact, and ownership goals. Our vibrant culture embraces diversity of background, talent, and personality, encouraging every individual to bring their true self to work and shine.Show More
