Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management or hospitality finance
  • Experience managing accounts receivable, credit, and audit functions
  • Strong proficiency with financial reporting software and Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to lead and develop a finance team
  • Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • Proven experience in financial management within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage the finance department including special projects and team development
  • Oversee accounts receivable, credit, and night audit functions
  • Prepare budgets and maintain spending controls
  • Prepare annual depreciation schedules
  • Review and approve ledger account reconciliations
  • Coordinate and review monthly financial statements for accuracy
  • Assist in daily internal audits and capital budget monitoring
  • Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with billing and credit standards
  • Review and approve tax returns for compliance
  • Monitor and prepare daily payroll accounts and issue paychecks
