Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or related major
- Minimum one year of relevant professional experience or a master's degree in finance and accounting without experience
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or related major
- One year of experience in finance and accounting or related professional area
- Master's degree in finance and accounting or related major with no work experience accepted
- Strong analytical skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and budgeting
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in financial reporting tools and software
Job Duties
- Assist in the development of profit improvement strategies including cost-benefit analysis and exploring new business opportunities
- Analyze information, forecast sales against expenses, and create annual budget plans
- Compile, analyze and monitor actual sales against projected sales
- Identify causes of variances in budget wages and forecast wages for efficient planning
- Assist in creation and management of the annual operating budget
- Provide analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost saving and productivity enhancements
- Implement systems of appropriate controls to manage business risks and safeguard assets
- Utilize interpersonal skills to lead, influence, and encourage finance team members
- Communicate strategic goals and priorities clearly to subordinates
- Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audit processes
- Conduct annual performance appraisals for finance team members
- Attend meetings and communicate with property owners, understanding their priorities
- Manage communication with owners effectively
- Manage property working capital and cash flow in accordance with brand SOPs and owner requirements
- Ensure profits and losses are accurately documented
- Monitor and ensure taxes are current and properly accrued
- Submit financial reports timely ensuring deadline compliance
- Develop and support achievement of performance, budget, and team goals
- Generate and provide accurate reports and presentations timely
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts with appropriate documentation
- Ensure compliance with management contract, reporting requirements, and SOPs
- Ensure team members are cross-trained and new hires receive proper orientation and training
- Conduct employee performance reviews and participate in hiring activities
