Job Requirements

  • bachelor degree required
  • 3-5 years experience in financial or accounting role
  • knowledge of Sun, iScala and Opera software
  • excellent Excel and computer skills
  • strategic and analytical mindset
  • ability to manage a small team
  • strong understanding of accounting principles
  • knowledge of corporate financial policies
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role with Four Seasons or other organization
  • bachelor degree required, accounting or finance preferred
  • knowledge of computer equipment and excellent Excel and computer skills
  • working knowledge of Sun, iScala and Opera systems
  • strategic, analytical and solid business acumen
  • skills in forecasting, budgeting and team management

Job Duties

  • assist the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the hotel's operation
  • ensure that all local and corporate policies and procedures are observed
  • supervise the day-to-day operation of the accounting office and a team of 3-4 employees
  • require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, Four Seasons internal controls, policies and procedures, and job knowledge of all positions in accounting, purchasing and food and beverage control
  • contribute to financial planning including forecasting and budgeting
  • safeguard hotel assets and financial resources to maximize profitability
  • maintain compliance with corporate and local financial policies
