Job Requirements
- bachelor degree required
- 3-5 years experience in financial or accounting role
- knowledge of Sun, iScala and Opera software
- excellent Excel and computer skills
- strategic and analytical mindset
- ability to manage a small team
- strong understanding of accounting principles
- knowledge of corporate financial policies
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role with Four Seasons or other organization
- bachelor degree required, accounting or finance preferred
- knowledge of computer equipment and excellent Excel and computer skills
- working knowledge of Sun, iScala and Opera systems
- strategic, analytical and solid business acumen
- skills in forecasting, budgeting and team management
Job Duties
- assist the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the hotel's operation
- ensure that all local and corporate policies and procedures are observed
- supervise the day-to-day operation of the accounting office and a team of 3-4 employees
- require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, Four Seasons internal controls, policies and procedures, and job knowledge of all positions in accounting, purchasing and food and beverage control
- contribute to financial planning including forecasting and budgeting
- safeguard hotel assets and financial resources to maximize profitability
- maintain compliance with corporate and local financial policies
