Job Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in retail leadership
  • Strong background in sales, merchandising, and team management
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and inspire a team
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, handle merchandise, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to foster an inclusive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in a retail leadership role with strong sales, merchandising, and team management background
  • Proven leadership skills including hiring, training, and inspiring teams
  • A deep commitment to guest service and ability to create memorable experiences
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for sales and team motivation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and experience fostering a motivating work environment

Job Duties

  • Inspire and lead by upholding and promoting Event Network's Core Values and fostering a positive atmosphere for team members and guests
  • Collaborate with the Store Director to recruit, develop, and mentor a talented team passionate about exceptional guest service
  • Manage daily operations focusing on guest service, visual merchandising, team management, and driving sales
  • Ensure every guest has a memorable experience by delivering exceptional service and creating an exciting store environment
  • Maintain visually stunning stores by following presentation plans and staying ahead of merchandising trends
  • Set high performance standards and hold yourself and your team accountable to exceed guest expectations
