Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history
- Experience in healthcare housekeeping or facility maintenance
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Experience in budget preparation and management
- Ability to work under stress and maintain composure
- Willingness to comply with company policies and standards

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history
- Working knowledge of housekeeping procedures
- Progressive growth in healthcare housekeeping or facility maintenance
- Strong work ethic and initiative
- Excellent communication, listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage staff participatively and function under stress
- Strong organizational, administrative, and follow-through skills
Job Duties
- Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for housekeeping staff in accordance with facility policies
- Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate housekeeping services
- Interviews, selects, hires, evaluates, and recommends termination of housekeeping personnel
- Orients, trains, develops, and supervises all Housekeeping staff
- Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility, recommends action items, and assists with relocations
- Conducts regular staff meetings and coordinates housekeeping activities with other departments
- Schedules major project work and ensures availability of staff and supplies
- Conducts regular inventory of housekeeping supplies
- Assists Department Director with budgets
