Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Streamline housekeeping processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage inventory and stock supply carts with necessary cleaning materials
  • Motivate and engage team members through effective communication and leadership
  • Identify and resolve housekeeping challenges proactively
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
