Job Requirements
- At least three years of experience in a retail leadership role
- Strong background in sales merchandising and team management
- Proven leadership skills including hiring and training
- Commitment to guest service excellence
- Availability for flexible work schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand walk and handle merchandise frequently
- Capacity to occasionally reach climb stoop kneel crouch or crawl
- Ability to regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to work in an inclusive environment with accommodations as needed

- Maintain store visual standards by following merchandising plans and trends
- Hold team accountable to high performance standards exceeding guest expectations
