Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum one year of experience in athletics operations
  • Experience in event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute event operations for Volleyball, Women's Wrestling, Tennis, and Men's and Women's Golf
  • Oversee customer service initiatives for football gameday operations
  • Serve as primary liaison with the Fan's First class in the Sport & Recreation Department
  • Manage parking logistics for departmental events
  • Facilitate the Student-Athlete Code of Conduct processes
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership
  • Collaborate with staff, vendors, and patrons to ensure smooth event execution
