Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum one year of experience in athletics operations
- Experience in event planning, coordination, and execution
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute event operations for Volleyball, Women's Wrestling, Tennis, and Men's and Women's Golf
- Oversee customer service initiatives for football gameday operations
- Serve as primary liaison with the Fan's First class in the Sport & Recreation Department
- Manage parking logistics for departmental events
- Facilitate the Student-Athlete Code of Conduct processes
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership
- Collaborate with staff, vendors, and patrons to ensure smooth event execution
