Job Requirements
- BS degree in Administrative, Business, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, or related discipline
- Two to three years of experience related to duties specified or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse constituencies
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to foster a cooperative environment
- Ability to develop, plan and implement goals
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations, formulating policy, developing new strategies
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
- Proficiency in computer software applications
- Ability to work evening, weekend hours and travel
- Valid driver license with good driving record
- Must be insurable
Job Qualifications

- Understanding of fundraising methods and strategies

- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Job Duties
- Assist with the coordination and execution of Development office signature events including Campaign Groundbreakings, Annual Parents Welcome, Scholarship Brunch, Spring Tour events, ILC Weekend, Volunteer Army events
- Serve as onsite contact for Development events to facilitate operations and respond to issues
- Collaborate with University Advancement Events Team to ensure seamless event execution
- Act as Athletics staff liaison in donor hospitality areas on game day
- Coordinate Development virtual events and assist with vendor contract negotiations
- Develop and track event budgets adhering to guidelines
- Support Deacon Club stewardship initiatives and ensure NCAA compliance related to outside interest groups
