Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of supervisory or lead experience in food service
- experience in food service operations such as restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or health care
- strong leadership and communication skills
- financial experience
- proficiency in computer applications including MS Office
- ability to work flexible hours as needed
- ability to manage a team and client relationships
Job Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of food service supervisory or lead experience
- experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- financial experience and business acumen skills
- proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
- associate's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Work with the chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food
- implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams
- maintain excellent relationships with the client
- manage, train, and develop associates
- perform other duties as assigned
