Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory or lead experience in food service
  • experience in food service operations such as restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or health care
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • financial experience
  • proficiency in computer applications including MS Office
  • ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • ability to manage a team and client relationships

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of food service supervisory or lead experience
  • experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • financial experience and business acumen skills
  • proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
  • associate's degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Work with the chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food
  • implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams
  • maintain excellent relationships with the client
  • manage, train, and develop associates
  • perform other duties as assigned
