Job Requirements
- Associate degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of food service management experience
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare or related food service operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial experience and business acumen
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of food service management experience

- Financial experience and business acumen
- Proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
- Associate's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Work with operations management team to create nutritious and top quality food
- Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
- Maintain excellent relationships with the client
- Manage, train, and develop associates
- Support financial goals and profitability of retail dining brands
- Oversee day-to-day food service operations of Chick-fil-A and Panda Express at Baylor University
- Perform other duties as assigned
