- two years of assistant dietary manager experience in healthcare preferred
- dietary manager certification (C.D.M.) in South Dakota preferred

Job Duties
- assist in planning and directing all aspects of the dietary department
- supervise dietary staff
- ensure department cleanliness
- ensure residents receive meals that meet their nutritional needs
- maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with healthcare professionals to address dietary requirements
- monitor inventory and order supplies
