- Indiana certification as a Certified Dining Manager or ability to obtain within six months
- minimum two years experience in a healthcare food service setting
- cooking and culinary expertise

Job Duties
- assist the Dining Services Manager in ensuring meals meet nutritional and special dietary needs
- ensure meals are palatable and well-balanced
- comply with nutritional standards and regulatory requirements
- oversee meal preparation processes in line with health and safety guidelines
- support the dining services team in delivering high-quality service
- monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- participate in staff training and development
