Job Duties
- Ensure guest receive polite, friendly service from the deli/bakery department host
- Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the deli/bakery department
- Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies
- Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs
- Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foods standards
- Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Floco Foods standards
- Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to ensure deli/bakery department host achieve satisfactory performance standards
- Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and customer service as necessary to achieve standards
- Maintain department's labor budget and scheduling standards
- Perform PA announcements
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
