Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Satisfactory performance reviews
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through
- Basic literacy
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds
- Availability to work varied shifts if necessary
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years related experience
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to manage and supervise others effectively

Job Duties
- Ensure high level of customer service and courtesy at all times
- Work within company 5S efficiency standards
- Train and supervise cashiers, bottle associates, and service clerks
- Schedule associates and perform administrative duties
- Maintain cashier controls and security as per company policies
- Ensure cash controls and over/short policies are followed
- Maintain supplies needed for front end operations and expense control
- Handle cash control of all media collected at registers
- Keep detailed and accurate cashier log books
- Assist Customer Service Manager with front end expenses
- Ring customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Record all pricing errors promptly
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized front end area
- Keep merchandising racks stocked and neat
- Ensure associates follow company efficiency standards
- Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to company policies
