Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience
- valid Food Safe Certification
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in English communication
- basic computer literacy
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties
- knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

- Food Safe Certification
- knowledge of workplace health and food safety practices
- proficient in English
- basic computer skills
- familiarity with Asian cuisine preferred
- proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin advantageous
Job Duties
- Assist head cook with food preparation
- chop, cut, marinate, and peel ingredients
- check quality and quantities of received food products
- store food products properly
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen utensils and tools
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
- monitor proper storage and temperature records
- manage garbage and waste disposal
- ensure freshness and FIFO compliance
