Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Some experience working in a commercial kitchen
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic and culinary math
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good time management
  • Clear positive communication skills with team members and customers
  • Basic knife skills
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prep ingredients (wash, chop, portion) and assist with daily meal prep
  • Cook and assemble breakfast and lunch items such as omelettes, protein shakes, sandwiches, and salads
  • Support the Chef with take-home dinner prep & cooking
  • Maintain food quality and consistency, including when working solo
  • Step into a lead cook role with a simplified menu when the head chef is off
  • Keep kitchen and dish areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
