Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- Some experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic and culinary math
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Good time management
- Clear positive communication skills with team members and customers
- Basic knife skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prep ingredients (wash, chop, portion) and assist with daily meal prep
- Cook and assemble breakfast and lunch items such as omelettes, protein shakes, sandwiches, and salads
- Support the Chef with take-home dinner prep & cooking
- Maintain food quality and consistency, including when working solo
- Step into a lead cook role with a simplified menu when the head chef is off
- Keep kitchen and dish areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
