Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 21 years of age
- knowledge of nutritional needs and food quantities for children up to 18
- valid driver’s license
- ability to meet agency underwriting standards if driving on agency business
- complete Predictive Index assessment
- willing to work full-time

Job Duties
- Prepare nutritious meals following dietary guidelines for youth
- cook, organize, and clean kitchen and cafeteria areas
- serve three meals daily to children in a residential setting
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- communicate respectfully and effectively with children and staff
- work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
- follow food safety and hygiene standards
