Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a prep cook or equivalent experience
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- proof of annual tuberculosis clearance in accordance with state regulations upon hire
- must be available to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays

- ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Handle food preparation tasks to meet quantity and deadline requirements in accordance with departmental quality standards
- assist line cooks on the line as needed
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- prepare ingredients for cooking including chopping, slicing, and measuring
- support kitchen staff in daily operations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
- comply with all health and safety regulations
