Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service preferred
- must be able to obtain ServSafe credentials
- ability to lift 40 pounds or assess load to ask for assistance
- physical ability to perform duties including sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching

Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of quality food
- render good customer service skills and engage young adults
- assist in kitchen clean-up, washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing the food preparation area
- transport finished meals from preparation area to serving line
- keep serving counters stocked with prepared food
- maintain appropriate personal attendance, accountability and work productivity standards
- provide supervision and training to Job Corps Work-Based Learning students
