Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to obtain ServSafe credentials
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 40 pounds
- availability to work the stated schedule Thursday through Monday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to teamwork and quality service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service preferred
- ability to obtain ServSafe credentials
- ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds or assess load to seek assistance
- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of quality food
- assist in kitchen clean-up, washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of all food service areas
- transport finished meals from preparation area to serving line
- keep serving counters stocked with prepared food
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- support team members in maintaining a positive work environment
- monitor supplies and report shortages
