  • servsafe certified or equivalent certified food handler certificate
  • some culinary arts school or equivalent practical experience of 10 or more years
  • supervisory experience
  • experience working in a university or institutional setting
  • experience in menu planning and recipe development
  • experience working with commercial kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • supervise kitchen staff as required
  • ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
  • support inventory management and food storage protocols
