Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or convenience store management experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- reliable and trustworthy with a professional attitude
- ability to perform physical tasks related to store operations

Job Duties
- Resolve customer concerns complaints or requests in a timely manner
- report all customer feedback and actions taken to the Store Manager
- provide a clean well-stocked store in a friendly inviting atmosphere
- complete daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager according to company procedures
- assume all managerial duties in the Store Manager's absence
- act as positive role model for fellow employees
- supervise employees during the Store Manager's absence
- complete and delegate shift duties to maintain store conditions according to Store Manager expectations
- assist Store Manager in following up on daily shift duties
