Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- minimum of 5 years management experience in high-volume foodservice
- prior experience in sports or entertainment venue concessions
- strong communication skills
- leadership capabilities
- must be customer service oriented
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- knowledge of accounting and POS systems advantageous
- ability to obtain NYC Food Protection Certificate
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years management experience in high-volume foodservice industry
- experience in concessions environment for sports and entertainment venue preferred
- union experience preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- leadership and vision in managing staff and projects
- customer service oriented
- ability to multi-task and prioritize
- flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- teamwork skills
- knowledge of accounting policies and POS systems preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- possession or ability to obtain NYC Food Protection Certificate
Job Duties
- Oversee all food and beverage operations of the Delta Sky360 Suite
- direct, implement and maintain a guest service and management philosophy
- greet and welcome members and guests and highlight upcoming events and specials
- conduct meetings to update staff on daily goals and objectives
- maintain costs related to labor, COGS and operating supplies within budgeted guidelines
- manage monthly P&L statements and ensure accurate financial reporting
- provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to staff
- ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol sale regulations
- work closely with subcontractors to ensure contract terms are met
- oversee monthly inventory and develop yearly operational budgets
- assist in other concessions-related operations
- perform other related duties as required
