Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry
- Preferably prior concessions experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards health regulations and safety procedures
- Proficient computer skills including Word Outlook Excel and point of sale systems
- Strong communication organizational and time management skills
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of all concessions locations under guidance of the concessions manager
- Assist with coordinating team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
- Contribute to hiring and training new team members on company objectives policies and procedures to drive team performance and deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure strict adherence to federal state and local regulations governing alcohol food service sanitation payroll financial protocols and employment practices
- Address customer concerns and resolve promptly and professionally
- Assist in inventory management and control
