Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in food service
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Understanding of health regulations and safety procedures
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe and related certifications
  • Proficiency in computer applications including point of sale systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with prior concessions experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of all concessions locations under the guidance of the Concessions Manager
  • Assist with coordinating team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to hiring and training new team members on company objectives, policies, and procedures to drive team performance and deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food service, sanitation, payroll, financial protocols, and employment practices
  • Address customer concerns and resolve promptly and professionally
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Support compliance with health and safety standards
