Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
- proficiency in property management software including Yardi and OneSite
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
- willingness to be on call and travel occasionally
- knowledge of leasing and event coordination preferred
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience in property management or similar field
- proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, Funnel, and OPS
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- experience with financial reporting and accounting tasks
- knowledge of lease enforcement and eviction procedures
- ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Completes daily financial transactions and bookkeeping tasks
- operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite) to maintain accurate records
- reviews resident files and manages collections of rent, fees, and delinquencies
- processes and approves vendor invoices and coordinates with accounting and vendors
- follows eviction procedures and represents the community in court as needed
- processes resident move-outs in compliance with lease terms
- promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and requests
- acts as onsite supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager
- assists in managing owner relationships and community updates
