Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in multi-family leasing or related property management
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in property management software including Entrata and Yardi
- Ability to work assigned schedules including weekends
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to travel between communities if necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two years of multi-family leasing or related property management experience
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in multi-family property management, retail sales, or hospitality
- Proficiency in English communication
- Professional judgment and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of community, pricing, availability, and local neighborhood
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Entrata, Yardi, and revenue management software
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Ability to operate general office equipment
- Ability to travel between communities if necessary
- Reliable and punctual with accurate time documentation
Job Duties
- Warmly greet prospective residents and create a personal connection while determining needs and preferences
- Answer all incoming calls and handle accordingly
- Correctly complete all lease applications and assist with application verification
- Call or visit competitive properties to update market survey monthly
- Enter accurate data into information systems and prepare leasing reports
- Ensure office, clubroom, models, and units are in impeccable condition
- Assist in social media advertising and preparation of move-ins
- Accept rents and make deposits
- Maintain accurate records in Yardi and update reports daily
- Oversee duties of Concierge and Leasing Consultants as needed
- Complete lease and renewal paperwork
- Attend training classes and meetings as required
- Know and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all laws and Fair Housing regulations
- Understand and support the customer experience vision
- Communicate service guarantees and address customer concerns professionally
- Support move-in process, lease renewals, and resident transfers
- Participate in property renewal programs and resident retention efforts
- Accept and follow up on service requests
- Physically inspect property and report any maintenance needs
- Embody company mission, values, and brand promise
- Champion the Mill Creek brand promise and service standards
- Address and complete all other assigned duties
