Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in assistant community manager or similar role
  • experience with LIHTC tax credit compliance
  • proven leasing skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as an assistant community manager or similar role
  • strong knowledge and experience with LIHTC tax credit compliance
  • proven leasing experience, including tenant screening and lease execution
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • additional education or certifications in property management is a plus

Job Duties

  • assist the Community Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property
  • support leasing activities including showing units, processing applications, and executing lease agreements
  • ensure compliance with LIHTC tax credit regulations and reporting requirements
  • respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests
  • maintain accurate records and documentation related to leasing, resident files, and compliance
  • assist with rent collection and follow-up on delinquencies
  • coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
  • participate in community events and initiatives to foster resident engagement
