Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in assistant community manager or similar role
- experience with LIHTC tax credit compliance
- proven leasing skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as an assistant community manager or similar role
- strong knowledge and experience with LIHTC tax credit compliance
- proven leasing experience, including tenant screening and lease execution
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- high school diploma or equivalent
- additional education or certifications in property management is a plus
Job Duties
- assist the Community Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property
- support leasing activities including showing units, processing applications, and executing lease agreements
- ensure compliance with LIHTC tax credit regulations and reporting requirements
- respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests
- maintain accurate records and documentation related to leasing, resident files, and compliance
- assist with rent collection and follow-up on delinquencies
- coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- participate in community events and initiatives to foster resident engagement
