Job Requirements

FAA-issued Airline Transport Pilot License with no history of suspension or revocation
minimum of five years or 2,000 hours flying turbine-powered aircraft
valid California driver's license with no serious violations
eligible for coverage under company vehicle insurance
valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
ability to work under time pressure
adaptability to non-standard work hours
effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

FAA-issued Airline Transport Pilot License
minimum of five years or 2,000 hours flying turbine-powered aircraft
bachelor's degree preferred
FAA type rating in Beech King Air 350 preferred
valid California driver's license with no serious violations
valid passport with no travel restrictions
highly motivated team player
strong communication skills
ability to work under time pressure and adapt to non-standard work hours

Job Duties

Analyze internal and external concerns and recommend best practices
lead functional teams to ensure aircraft are maintained to highest standards
establish best practices to extend aircraft component service life
optimize support services like digital flight planning and inflight connectivity
lead projects to drive operational excellence
collaborate with Senior Manager of Aviation on strategic growth initiatives
support leadership development and employee engagement
represent Driscoll's with professionalism and integrity
