Job Requirements

  • FAA-issued Airline Transport Pilot License with no history of suspension or revocation
  • minimum of five years or 2,000 hours flying turbine-powered aircraft
  • valid California driver's license with no serious violations
  • eligible for coverage under company vehicle insurance
  • valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
  • ability to work under time pressure
  • adaptability to non-standard work hours
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • FAA-issued Airline Transport Pilot License
  • minimum of five years or 2,000 hours flying turbine-powered aircraft
  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • FAA type rating in Beech King Air 350 preferred
  • valid California driver's license with no serious violations
  • valid passport with no travel restrictions
  • highly motivated team player
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under time pressure and adapt to non-standard work hours

Job Duties

  • Analyze internal and external concerns and recommend best practices
  • lead functional teams to ensure aircraft are maintained to highest standards
  • establish best practices to extend aircraft component service life
  • optimize support services like digital flight planning and inflight connectivity
  • lead projects to drive operational excellence
  • collaborate with Senior Manager of Aviation on strategic growth initiatives
  • support leadership development and employee engagement
  • represent Driscoll's with professionalism and integrity
