Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in property engineering or maintenance leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel engineering or property maintenance leadership
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and compliance requirements
