Job Requirements
- Must have minimum 3 years culinary management experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain licensing including Food Manager Certification and valid health card
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Preferred culinary degree
- Must demonstrate knife skills
- Ability to maintain high job standards with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and use good judgement under pressure
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Must demonstrate creative presentation skills
- Must demonstrate staff leadership abilities
- Must be team-oriented and willing to assist in all kitchen phases
- Preferred knowledge of union environments
- Required basic computer skills with Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years culinary management experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Food Manager Certification and valid health card
- Fluent in English with professional communication skills
- Culinary degree preferred
- Proficient in knife skills and kitchen operations
- Ability to perform with attention to detail and creativity
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Leadership and team management skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with a union environment preferred
Job Duties
- Support culinary management in cost control and inventory management
- Manage and train kitchen staff
- Supervise food production at all stations ensuring food quality
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards
- Maintain consistent Wynn food quality standards
- Monitor and improve food quality consistency
- Lead and mentor kitchen team members
