  • minimum three years culinary management experience
  • valid food manager certification or ability to obtain
  • valid health card
  • fluent English communication skills
  • ability to work overnight shifts
  • strong teamwork and leadership skills
  • basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • support culinary management in cost control
  • complete inventories and food requisitions

  • identify and implement best practices for quality and efficiency
