Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Assist with food preparation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform back-of-house responsibilities as directed by senior chefs
- Prepare rice and chow mein according to established recipes
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks to maintain a safe kitchen environment
- Operate kitchen equipment safely including Chinese knife and wok
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas
- Support front-of-house operations as needed
