  • bachelor's degree in culinary arts or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years culinary experience
  • knowledge of ServSafe or similar food safety program
  • knowledge of HACCP procedures
  • knowledge of all kitchen equipment
  • ability to lift 50 lbs
  • successful completion of background check

  • successful completion of background check
  • 2-4 years culinary experience
  • minimum 6 months supervisory experience
  • knowledge of Jamix
  • experience in high-volume food operations
  • experience in catering, fast casual, or cafeteria style dining
  • ServeSafe certification

Job Duties

  • prepare cooked foods to support dining operations
  • operate all kitchen stations with complete knowledge
  • ensure proper food presentation and timing
  • provide support to all stations to ensure timely service
  • perform special functions and event catering
  • work afternoon and evening shifts
  • act as primary culinary manager in absence of unit chef
