Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 2 years catering or event planning experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to supervise event staff after training
  • physical ability to manage event setup and operations
  • willingness to adapt to fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of food and beverage trends preferred
  • experience in supervising event staff a plus

Job Duties

  • support catering sales by planning and executing events from proposal to completion
  • oversee on-site event operations and supervise event staff for select events after training
  • curate event menus by understanding seasonal offerings and aligning with client needs
  • collaborate closely with clients to shape event vision and ensure flawless execution
  • manage event logistics including scheduling, staffing, and vendor coordination
  • assist with final billing and post-event client follow-up
  • maintain awareness of current food and beverage trends to enhance event planning
