Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food and beverage service experience required

Job Duties
- Maintain communication with the client, food & beverage managers, and kitchen managers
- Read and interpret banquet event orders (BEOs)
- Oversee catering and restaurant inventory needs and proper rotation of product
- Design and create décor and display for merchandising of product when applicable
- Manage customer service and resolve customer complaints to guest satisfaction
- Describe menu offerings, packaging, and pricing to team and guests
- Ensure successful client events through thorough checking of food standards, room setup, and on-time service
- Assist with monitoring and managing catering staff compliance
- Resolve client concerns before and during events
- Create and manage staffing assignments for banquets and catered events
- Train staff to achieve venue restaurant and catering standards
- Prepare and distribute banquet event orders to all departments
- Process banquet event orders including monitoring changes and client requests
- Monitor catering events from start to finish
- Assist with event reports and event check-ins
