Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years casino games experience
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience
- Ability to work any shift and handle multiple tasks
- Able to pass mandatory screening including background and credit check, and drug test
- Able to obtain and maintain a Key License through the California Gambling Commission and a City License
- Knowledge of Poker and California Games
- Skilled problem solver
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills in customer relations
- Knowledge of gaming industry laws and regulations
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures, professional journals, and government regulations
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- Must be able to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
- Exposure to excessive noise possible

Job Duties
- Assist Casino Shift Manager by overseeing operations and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations
- Assume the role of Casino Shift Manager in their absence and promote culture of excellence
- Support performance evaluations, coaching, counseling, discipline, and commendations
- Ensure full compliance with gaming and Title 31 regulations
- Resolve customer complaints to satisfaction following casino standards
- Ensure team members have proper tools and training
- Keep a high profile in gaming area and greet customers
- Monitor assigned tables for customer service standards and behavior
- Assess business levels to optimize gameplay
- Oversee dealer rotation and conduct random audits
- Fill in staff shortages as needed
- Perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned
