Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- good communication skills in English
- proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is advantageous
- basic understanding of marketing and event management
- good computer skills in MS Office
- knowledge of workplace health and safety protocols
- able to stand for extended periods
- familiarity with relevant tools and equipment
- ability to interpret product labels accurately

Job Duties
- Support the team leaders by overseeing daily operations and staff performance
- provide on-the-job training, guidance, and supervision to ensure achievement of department goals through teamwork
- assist in cash management, staff uniforms and consumable items
- generate various store management reports and follow up to address findings to optimize operational performance
- collaborate with other department heads in arranging all in-store promotion activities
- address customer complaints promptly and cultivate strong customer relationships by offering attentive service including welcoming smile, eye contact, and personalized attention
- ensure exceptional customer service at the checkout with professionalism, accuracy and efficiency
- set a positive example for the team by performing assigned duties to a satisfactory standard and fostering a culture of excellence
- fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors to contribute to department success
