Job Requirements
- barista experience in specialty coffee cafe
- one or more years of shift leader experience
- servsafe food manager certification required upon starting
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- enthusiasm and passion for coffee, quality, and service

Job Duties
- support the cafe manager in daily operations
- lead and manage a team of baristas
- ensure exceptional hospitality including friendliness, cleanliness, speed of service, and beverage quality
- manage administrative, operational, and logistical tasks
- develop and train cafe employees
- build and engage community through events and local partnerships
- create and execute business plans to drive revenue and profitability
- champion sustainability initiatives and work towards zero waste operation
