Job Requirements
- Barista experience in specialty coffee cafes
- one or more years of shift leader experience
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification required upon starting
- weekend and holiday availability
- demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for coffee and quality service
- ability to work early morning shifts starting at 6:00 a.m.
- willingness to learn and manage employee development

Job Duties
- Support the Cafe Manager in daily operations
- lead and manage the barista team during busy periods
- oversee administrative, operational, and logistical tasks
- build, train, and develop a talented cafe team
- ensure exceptional hospitality including cleanliness and speed of service
- create and execute monthly and quarterly business plans
- foster community engagement through local partnerships and events
