- manage inventory and coordinate orders between stores
- maintain health code standards
- communicate daily goals and feedback to staff
- use financial and sales data to manage costs
- perform administrative tasks like hot counts and temperature logs
- ensure equipment is operational and coordinate repairs
- maintain inventory of products and supplies
- follow up on maintenance issues
