Job Duties

  • manage inventory and coordinate orders between stores
  • maintain health code standards
  • communicate daily goals and feedback to staff
  • use financial and sales data to manage costs
  • perform administrative tasks like hot counts and temperature logs
  • ensure equipment is operational and coordinate repairs
  • maintain inventory of products and supplies
