Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Must have a positive criminal background screening
  • Working knowledge of and comfort with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Strong organization, planning, verbal, written, multitasking, and time management skills are vital

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year office-related experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organization, planning, verbal and written communication, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Positive criminal background screening

Job Duties

  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite programs for daily office tasks
  • Support the Business Office Manager in maintaining accurate financial records
  • Provide excellent service to residents, families, and staff
  • Process and manage resident accounts, including payments and deposits
  • Account for move-in, move-out, transfer, charges, and collections
  • Manage the onboarding process for new associates
  • Create and maintain associate records and training documentation
  • Assist Receptionists by answering telephone calls and transferring them
  • Perform other duties as assigned
