Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must have a positive criminal background screening
- Working knowledge of and comfort with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Strong organization, planning, verbal, written, multitasking, and time management skills are vital

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year office-related experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mathematical skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organization, planning, verbal and written communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Positive criminal background screening
Job Duties
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Utilize Microsoft Suite programs for daily office tasks
- Support the Business Office Manager in maintaining accurate financial records
- Provide excellent service to residents, families, and staff
- Process and manage resident accounts, including payments and deposits
- Account for move-in, move-out, transfer, charges, and collections
- Manage the onboarding process for new associates
- Create and maintain associate records and training documentation
- Assist Receptionists by answering telephone calls and transferring them
- Perform other duties as assigned
