Job Requirements
- Operate brew equipment while adhering to safety protocol
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- State of Washington Class 12 liquor license (alcohol server card)
- Beer knowledge or ability to become an expert
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, tanks, and work areas to maintain consistent beer quality
- Operate keg washing and filling equipment and maintain Ram standards of quality
- Move and deliver kegs as needed with ability to drive brewery van or truck
- Good communication and personal skills
- Ability and stamina to spend extended periods on feet
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds several times a day
- Experience in a high-volume environment preferred
- Willingness to work 30 to 40 hours per week including some weekends
- Teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
