Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 7 plus years of experience within bottling or consumer packaged goods experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- strong planning and organizational skills
- proven leadership track record

- preferred experience in alcohol beverage or consumer packaged goods
- experience in supply chain and organizational development
Job Duties
- Manage bottling operations to meet production and quality goals
- mentor and lead supervisors and departmental staff
- drive safety programs and ensure OSHA and company compliance
- lead continuous improvement and capital projects
- support new product development and equipment implementation
- resolve quality issues and lead root cause efforts
- coordinate cross-functionally with other departments such as shipping, customer service, and quality assurance
- monitor, evaluate, and develop departmental performance and skills
