Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • minimum three years of beverage operations experience in a high-volume casino, resort, or multi-outlet hospitality environment
  • at least one year in a supervisory capacity
  • experience managing bars and casino floor service in a gaming environment strongly preferred
  • willing and available to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • obtain and maintain a valid gaming license and MAST certification

Job Qualifications

  • college coursework in hospitality, business, or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Promote and support a culture of excellence by modeling company values and delivering exceptional guest service
  • provide exceptional guest service throughout all interactions
  • assist the Director of Beverage in directing daily beverage operations to ensure efficient service flow, guest satisfaction, and achievement of revenue and profitability goals
  • supervise, coach, and develop Beverage Supervisors and front-line beverage staff including bartenders, barbacks and casino floor servers
  • monitor daily staffing levels, shift coverage, and floor deployment to meet fluctuating guest demand in a 24/7 casino environment
  • oversee beverage inventories, par levels, ordering processes, and cost control measures to ensure proper stock levels and minimal waste
  • evaluate outlet performance through guest satisfaction feedback, sales trends, labor usage, and operational metrics, and recommend adjustments to improve results
  • ensure all beverage areas maintain cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • enforce responsible alcohol service practices and ensure team members maintain required certifications and training compliance
  • collaborate with Marketing and F&B leadership on drink promotions, special events, and seasonal beverage programs to enhance guest engagement and revenue
  • participate in interviewing, onboarding, training, performance observations, corrective action, and team member development planning for beverage staff
  • ensure compliance with all internal controls, Tribal Gaming Commission regulations, WA State liquor laws, and company policies related to beverage operations
  • maintain strong communication with Security, Cage, Surveillance, and other departments to support seamless casino floor operations
  • demonstrate dependability and reliability by maintaining regular, punctual attendance and consistently fulfilling assigned responsibilities
  • create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment and promote healthy team member relations
  • perform other duties as assigned
